CLEANING.
When it comes to cleaning your pool, nothing takes the place of physically cleaning and incorporating certain ”housekeeping” activities into any pool care programme.
Brushing: Brushing your pool is the most important of all pool cleaning activities. Every swimming pool has areas of little or no circulation which could become prime breeding ground for algae, bacteria and mould.
You should brush your pool at least once a week.
Vacuuming: Most debris eventually sink to the floor of the pool. This reduces the efficiency of of the sanitizer you use because the primary role of a saninitizer is to kill diease causing bacteria. If excessive amounts of debris are allowed to stay in the pool, the sanitizer will spend much of its time and energy trying to attack this debris.
