The training is both practical and theoretical, and is relevant to this industry. ‘Top-up’ training is available periodically, and can be attended by all staff members.

Once a year there is a conference where prize-winning pool builders and industry leaders gather to learn more, and to make connections with what could be the exact relationship to take the business to the next level.
The franchise fee includes training, supplying of stock, test kits, tools, a mobile fibreglass trailer (or assistance with kitting out your bakkie) and the necessary chemicals one needs to start trading.
If extra staff members wish to be trained, then a small fee to cover costs is payable.
